Welcome to Oakcliffe Town House

The Oakcliffe  is a delightful small family run late Victorian guest accomadation Established in 1961 situated in the heart of the historic city of Exeter.

An excellent choice where Bill and Lorraine have been welcoming guest for many years, situated close to the city centre, the University of Exeter and Exeter College.

The Coach Station is a 15 minute walk and St David’s and Central Railway Stations are just five minutes away. With a 10 minute walk to the city centre there is a wide variety of shops to cater for your every need. Ideally situated for exploring Exeter and the Devon country side and its numerous attractions.

We offer  Excellent Room only accommodation for all your needs  and offer limited free private parking.

Our aim is to ensure that all guests have a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Covid Safety Notice

• Oakcliffe  is operating an enhanced cleaning regime.
• All rooms are thoroughly disinfected between guests.
• Please help us by hand sanitising on entry and washing your hands for
  at least 20 seconds on exiting your room.
• We service rooms between 10.00 am and 12.00 and will ask you, for your safety, to vacate your room whilst we do so.
• In the unlikely event you meet others not in your in your household in the hall please leave a 2 metre distance between yourselves where possible.
• Shared bathroom and toilet: Please use your own hand towels or the paper towels provided, please place paper towels straight in the bin.
• We are cleaning shared areas regularly, including the main door, banisters and fire doors
