CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
For the convenience of incoming guests, we require rooms to be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure. Check-in can be from 11.00 a.m. onwards.
SMOKING POLICY.
We are strictly a non smoking establishment.
DAMAGE TO GUEST HOUSE PROPERTY.
In the event of damage to guest house property, we reserve the right to charge, to replace, repair or professionally clean all items concerned.
RESPONSIBILITY
We at The Oakcliffe accept no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury to any persons or property (including cars) whilst in the boundaries of The Oakcliffe Hotel.
CANCELLATION POLICY.
In the case of cancellation please give 48 hours notice. In the event of less than 48 hours notice of cancellation of your booking we will make every effort to Re-let the accommodation; however we reserve the right to charge you’re booking if the room is not subsequently let.
